¿Que tengo que tener en cuenta para viajar en la bici de manera segura y sencilla durante el Biketour?

Como vas a cargar todas tus cosas tu mismx, es aconsejable que pienses dos veces qué vas a llevar (“Siempre llevo demasiada ropa!”) Es útil llevar contigo un kit básico de primeros auxilios, protección solar y un gorro. Prepara tu bici todo lo posible y trata de usarla, totalmente cargada, algunas veces antes de empezar el Biketour. Eso te ayudará a evitar el dolor muscular los primeros días.
